Savory Shrimp Mango Salad

This Shrimp Mango Salad is sweet and savory! It combines juicy and creamy mango and avocado, crunchy arugula and walnuts and spicy shrimp. This is a tangy, spicy, sweet and citrusy dish that is perfect for a light lunch or as an addition to any main course.

Ingredients
  

  • 6-8 Shrimps
  • 1 bunch Arugula
  • ½ Mango
  • ½ Avocado
  • 5-6 Walnuts
  • ¼ tsp Chili flakes
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • Honey Lemon Dressing
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Unfreeze raw shrimp and cover them with olive oil, chili flakes, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Put a pan on medium heat and fry shrimp with some olive oil for about 1min for each side. Then take them out and set them aside.
  • Roughly cut arugula. Peel and cut mango and avocado into 1 cm cubes. Chop the hazelnuts.
  • Prepare the Honey Lemon dressing.
  • Place arugula on the serving plate, then add avocado and mango. Spread chopped hazelnuts.
  • Evenly spread the shrimp on the salad and dress it with Honey Lemon dressing. Enjoy!
