Morning Toast with Smoked Salmon and Poached egg

- 2 pieces bread
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 bunch arugula
- 40 g smoked salmon
- 2 eggs
- a pinch of chili flakes, freshly ground black pepper, salt
Make toasts by frying the pieces of bread in the pan with melted butter for a couple of minutes on each. Take them out of the pan and cool them a bit. Spread some cream cheese on the toast.
Roughly place arugula leaves on the toast smeared with cheese.
Add smoked salmon pieces.
Place a poached egg on top. Sprinkle with chili flakes, freshly ground black pepper and a pinch of salt. Enjoy!
