Ingredients
  

  • 160 g Long Pasta (such as spaghetti, fettuccine, or linguine)
  • 200 g Shrimp
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 0.5 tsp chili flakes
  • 0.5 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt and pepper
  • 40 g Butter
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 100 g white wine
  • 0.5 Lemon juice and zest
  • 20 g Parmesan cheese
  • 1 bunch Parsley

Instructions
 

  • Peel and chop the garlic and the parsley. Squeeze 1/2 of the lemon and grate its zest. Set aside.
  • Cover shrimp with salt, pepper, chili flakes, paprika and olive oil. Set aside.
  • Cook pasta till al dente according to pasta package instructions.
  • Saute shrimp for about 2 mins on each side on medium heat. Then take them out of the pan and set them aside.
  • In the same pan, add butter, garlic, white wine, lemon zest and juice. Sautee 2-3 mins until fragrant.
  • Place cooked pasta into the pan with butter, then add shrimp and parsley and mix.
  • Place the pasta on the plates, and serve with Parmesan cheese and lemon slices. Enjoy!
