- 160 g Long Pasta (such as spaghetti, fettuccine, or linguine)
- 200 g Shrimp
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 0.5 tsp chili flakes
- 0.5 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Salt and pepper
- 40 g Butter
- 4 Garlic cloves
- 100 g white wine
- 0.5 Lemon juice and zest
- 20 g Parmesan cheese
- 1 bunch Parsley
Peel and chop the garlic and the parsley. Squeeze 1/2 of the lemon and grate its zest. Set aside.
Cover shrimp with salt, pepper, chili flakes, paprika and olive oil. Set aside.
Cook pasta till al dente according to pasta package instructions.
Saute shrimp for about 2 mins on each side on medium heat. Then take them out of the pan and set them aside.
In the same pan, add butter, garlic, white wine, lemon zest and juice. Sautee 2-3 mins until fragrant.
Place cooked pasta into the pan with butter, then add shrimp and parsley and mix.
Place the pasta on the plates, and serve with Parmesan cheese and lemon slices. Enjoy!
