Blueberry Feta Salad

Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 1 bunch arugula
  • 100 g Feta cheese
  • 1 handful almonds
  • 1 handful blueberries

Dressing

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp apple vinegar
  • 0.5 tsp Dijon mustard

Instructions
 

  • Cut a bunch of arugula and spread it on the serving plate.
  • Sprinkle the arugula base with chopped almonds and cut Feta cheese cubes.
  • For the dressing, mix olive oil, vinegar and mustard till smooth. Toss the salad with the dressing and enjoy!
