Cuisine Mediterranean
- 1 white fish (sea bass or sea bream) scaled and gutted (300-400g each fish)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 0.5 lemon
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 0.5 tsp dry oregano
- 4-5 rosemary springs
Preheat the oven to 180°C.
Make 3-4 diagonal cuts on each side of sea bass.
Thoroughly rub the fish with oil inside and outside. Season them with salt, pepper and dry oregano, so the seasoning comes right into the made cuts.
Cut lemon into semi-circles and place them over the fish and into it.
Line the baking tray with baking parchment and transfer the fish there. Place some rosemary springs over the fish and next to it.
Bake the fish for 17-20mins. The time may depend on the fish size, 400g of fish needs 20 mins.
Take the fish out of the oven and transfer on the serving plate. Enjoy!
