Mango, Avocado and Blue Cheese Salad
Sweet mango, creamy avocado, slightly bitter curly endive, crunchy cashews, tangy blue cheese, and tangy honey lime dressing creates a complex and delicious salad!

- 4 cups a mix of lettuce or curly endive
- 1 mango
- ½ avocado
- 30 g cashew nuts, chopped
- 50 g blue cheese
- 4 tbsp Honey Lime Dressing
Peel and dice the avocado and mango. Chop the cashew nuts.
Spread the curly endive and a large serving plate. Evenly spread mango, avocado and chopped cashew nuts over it.
Crumble the blue cheese into random pieces and sprinkle the salad with them.
Prepare the Honey Lime Dressing and drizzle it over the salad. Serve immediately and enjoy!
