Ingredients
  

  • 1 big tomato, sliced
  • 1 navel orange, peeled and sliced
  • 4.4 oz (125g) fresh mozzarella cheese, sliced
  • some fresh basil leaves
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the sliced tomatoes, mozzarella cheese, and orange slices on a serving platter, alternating between them.
  • Scatter the fresh basil leaves over the top of the salad.
  • Drizzle the Honey Balsamic Vinaigrette dressing and season the salad with salt and black pepper to taste. Serve immediately and enjoy!
