Honey Lime Dressing
Honey lime dressing is a sweet and tangy salad dressing that goes well with a variety of salads, including mixed greens, spinach, and fruit salads.
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- a pinch of salt & pepper
Instructions
- Whisk the ingredients with a whisker or a simple fork. First, mix lime juice, honey, salt and pepper, then slowly whisk in the olive oil. Keep whisking till smooth mixture.
- Depending on your taste or the dish you like to add the dressing to, control the amount of each ingredient. You can increase or decrease the honey or lime to your taste.
