Ingredients
  

Salmon

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Strawberry Salsa

  • 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
  • ½ red onion, chopped
  • ¼ cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp honey or agave nectar
  • ½ tsp chili flakes
  • salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F).
  • Season the salmon fillets with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and brush them with olive oil. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 11-13 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked. Once the salmon is cooked, take it out of the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.
  • For the salsa mix chopped strawberries, red onion and cilantro with lime juice, and honey in a bowl. Season with salt, pepper and chili flakes.
  • Spoon the strawberry salsa over the salmon fillets and serve immediately. Enjoy your delicious baked salmon with strawberry salsa!
