Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups white cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup purple cabbage, thinly sliced
  • 1 large carrot, peeled and cut
  • 1 large apple, diced
  • ½ cup raisins
  • ½ cup cashew nuts
  • 4 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing

Instructions
 

  • Mix the shredded white cabbage and purple cabbage in a large bowl. Add cut carrot and apple. Sprinkle with raisins and chopped cashew nuts.
  • Prepare Apple Cider Vinegar Dressing, pour it over the salad mixture and toss until all the ingredients are evenly coated. Serve and enjoy!
