Ingredients
  

  • 2 sea bass fillets, skin on
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 3-4 rosemary springs
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper, and place them skin-side down in a baking dish.
  • Mix together the minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl. Pour the garlic and lemon mixture over the sea bass fillets, making sure to coat them evenly. Place some rosemary springs over the filets.
  • Bake the sea bass for 9-11 minutes. Then take the sea bass out of the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving. Serve the Lemon Garlic Baked Sea Bass fillets with lemon wedges on the side, and enjoy!
