- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 3-4 rosemary springs
- Lemon wedges for serving
Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
Season the sea bass fillets with salt and pepper, and place them skin-side down in a baking dish.
Mix together the minced garlic, fresh lemon juice, and olive oil in a bowl. Pour the garlic and lemon mixture over the sea bass fillets, making sure to coat them evenly. Place some rosemary springs over the filets.
