Baked Brie with Pistachios and Strawberry

- 1 wheel Brie cheese (8-12 oz)
- ⅓ cup pistachios, shelled and roughly chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- ½ cup fresh strawberries, hulled and sliced
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste optional
- Crackers or sliced baguette, for serving
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the Brie wheel in the center of the parchment paper. Score the top rind of the cheese in a crisscross pattern, being careful not to cut all the way through.
Pour the honey over the top of the scored Brie and sprinkle it with chopped pistachios. Bake it in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until it becomes soft and slightly gooey.
Transfer the baked Brie to a serving platter using a spatula. Place chopped strawberry on top of baked Brie. If desired, sprinkle freshly ground black pepper over the baked Brie for added flavor.
Serve immediately with crackers or a sliced baguette and enjoy!
