Healthy Oat flour Waffles
What can be better in the morning than a tasty breakfast? When it's healthy, it's twice better! Today I present you a healthy option of everyone's favorite dish - Waffles.

- 1 egg
- 80 g oat flour (blended oats)
- 100 g coconut milk or milk of choice
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Mix together all the ingredients till smooth.
As for the milk, control the amount, the dough needs to be thick enough, but it has to pour down from the spoon slowly. The consistency has to look like sour cream.
Bake according to your waffle iron's instructions (mine takes ~2mins).
Serve with fresh fruit, nuts, and honey. Enjoy!
