Baked Pomegranate Salmon

Baked Pomegranate Salmon is a healthy and delicious dish that can make a simple dinner festive. The preparation will take just 30 mins, but the result will amuse everyone.

Ingredients
  

  • 14 oz. salmon filet
  • a pinch of salt
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 tbsp Pomegranate molasses
  • a couple of rosemary sprigs

Instructions
 

  • Place salmon filet pieces on the plate and cover them with salt, black pepper and olive oil, so they are fully covered.
  • Cover the pieces with pomegranate molasses. Let it be marinated for 10mins.
  • Turn on the oven to 180°C (356°F). Place the salmon filet on the tray lined with baking paper. Add some rosemary springs among the pieces.
  • Place the salmon in the oven to roast. Cooking time will vary depending on the filet size and its thickness. The pieces that are on the pics took 10mins.
  • Take out the salmon and place it on the plates. Serve it with some more molasses on top and pomegranate seeds. Enjoy!
