Prepare the eggs. Settle the water with eggs to boil. Cook them in boiling water for 7 minutes. Then transfer them to the bowl with cold water and let them cool. Once they are cooled, peel them and dice.
Add the squid to a pot of boiling water with some salt and cook for 1-2 minutes or until tender. Drain the squid and set it aside to cool.
Once the squid is cooled, cut it. Transfer it to a bowl, add the diced boiled eggs, mayonnaise, grated Cheddar cheese, and chopped scallions. Mix well to combine. Season with salt and pepper, to taste. Serve and enjoy!

You can adjust the amounts of each ingredient to your liking. Additionally, you can add other ingredients such as chopped red bell pepper or diced cucumber to add more flavor and texture to the salad.
