Ingredients
  

  • 2 sea bass fillets
  • 2 tbsp sesame oil
  • ¼ tsp chili flakes
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ red chili pepper
  • ½ tsp ground ginger
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • 1 tbsp cilantro (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • Whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, ground ginger, chopped red chili, lime juice and sesame oil in a bowl until well combined.
  • Place the sea bass fillets skin-side down on a baking tray lined with foil and greased with oil. Pour the marinade over the fish.
  • Bake the sea bass in the preheated oven for 11-13 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
  • Remove sea bass from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot and enjoy!
