Sea Bass in Asian Marinade

- 2 sea bass fillets
- 2 tbsp sesame oil
- ¼ tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- ½ red chili pepper
- ½ tsp ground ginger
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- 1 tbsp cilantro (for garnish)
Whisk together soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, ground ginger, chopped red chili, lime juice and sesame oil in a bowl until well combined.
Place the sea bass fillets skin-side down on a baking tray lined with foil and greased with oil. Pour the marinade over the fish.
Bake the sea bass in the preheated oven for 11-13 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
Remove sea bass from the oven and garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve hot and enjoy!
