Green Goddess Salad
Green Goddess salad is a salad made with a variety of green vegetables and a dressing that includes herbs! Green Goddess salad has been popular since the 1920s and has remained a favorite among salad enthusiasts due to its delicious and refreshing taste.

- 3 cups mixed greens (Iused lettuce and arugula)
- ½ cup fresh brocсoli inflorescences
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 cucumber, diced
- ¼ cup fresh basil
- ¼ cup fresh cilantro
- 2 tbsp scallions or chives
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- salt and pepper, to taste
In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, broccoli florets, avocado and cucumber.
Place the olive oil, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, garlic, basil, cilantro, and chives in a blender or a food processor and blend until smooth.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is evenly coated. Serve immediately and enjoy!
