- 2 eggs
- 2 oz. unsweetened cocoa powder
- pinch of baking powder
Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C). Grease a baking dish with cooking spray or line it with parchment paper.
Mash the bananas in a bowl using a fork until they are smooth and free of lumps. Add the cocoa powder and baking powder to the bowl with the mashed bananas and mix until well combined. In a separate bowl whisk the eggs. Add the cocoa-banana mixture to eggs and combine till the batter is smooth.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
