Simple Parmesan Pearls
These Parmesan pearls have a crispy texture and cheesy flavor! It can be a fun and easy appetizer or a snack and it's made just with 3 ingredients.

- 2 egg whites
- 3,5 oz. grated Parmesan cheese
- Oil for frying
Beat the egg whites until they are frothy and slightly stiff. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and mix until it gets a dough-like texture. Form small balls.
Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. Drop the Parmesan balls into the hot oil, making sure to keep them spaced apart. Fry the them for 1 minute or until they are golden brown and crispy.
Remove the Parmesan pearls from the pan and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil. Serve and enjoy!
