- ¾ cup milk
- 1 package of the instant noodles + its seasoning
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp butter
- ¼ cup grated cheddar cheese
Cook the instant noodles in boiling water but without the package seasoning. Drain them and place them back in the saucepan.
Add the milk, seasoning, garlic powder, butter and cheese to the noodles. Stir well to combine and dissolve the seasoning.
Cook for another minute, allowing the noodles to absorb the flavors and the cheese to melt further.
Remove from heat and transfer the cheese ramen to a serving bowl. Garnish with chopped scallions or any other desired toppings.
Serve immediately while the cheese is still melted and the noodles are hot. Enjoy your homemade cheese ramen!
