Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups cubed watermelon
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • ½ cup crumbled feta cheese

  • Balsamic cream, for drizzling
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cubed watermelon, cucumber slices, and chopped basil leaves. Season the salad with a pinch of salt and pepper, adjusting to your liking. Gently toss everything.
  • Transfer the salad to a serving dish or individual plates. Sprinkle crumbled feta cheese over the salad and add the mint leaves.
