Cut the Camembert cheese round into triangles or wedges, depending on the desired size and shape.
Prepare three shallow bowls or plates. Place all-purpose flour in one, beaten eggs in another, and breadcrumbs in the third.
Dip each Camembert triangle into the flour, coating it evenly and shaking off any excess. Then dip it into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess egg to drip off. Finally, coat it in the breadcrumbs, pressing gently to ensure a good coating.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or a deep saucepan to around 350°F (175°C). Make sure there is enough oil to submerge the Camembert triangles.
Carefully lower the coated Camembert triangles into the hot oil using a slotted spoon or tongs. Fry them for about 1-2 minutes on each side or until they turn golden brown and crispy.
Once cooked, remove the fried Camembert triangles from the oil and transfer them to a plate lined with paper towels to absorb any excess oil.
Serve the deep-fried Camembert triangles while they are still warm and the cheese inside is gooey. They can be enjoyed on their own or paired with cranberry sauce or another dipping sauce of your choice.
