Instructions for "Tortilla Cigar":
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). In a small bowl, combine olive oil with ground cumin, paprika, salt, pepper, and any additional spices you desire, such as ground chili flakes or ground coriander. Mix well to create a seasoned oil mixture.
Brush one side of each flour tortilla with the seasoned oil mixture, making sure to cover the entire surface.
Roll up each tortilla tightly, similar to a cigar shape. You can secure the ends with toothpicks if needed. Place the rolled tortillas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, with the seam side down. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until the tortillas are golden brown and crispy.
Instructions for Guacamole:
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh into a bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth or to your desired consistency.
Add the diced tomato, finely chopped onion, lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper to the bowl. Mix well to combine all the ingredients. Taste the guacamole and adjust the seasoning if needed.
