Brie and Jam Puff Pastry
Brie and cherry jam puff pastry is a delightful and flavorful combination of creamy Brie cheese and sweet-tart cherry jam encased in a light and flaky puff pastry!

- 4 squares frozen puff pastry, thawed according to package instructions
- ½ wheel of Brie cheese
- 4 tsp Cherry jam
- 1 Egg wash (1 beaten egg)
Preheat your oven to the temperature specified on the puff pastry package instructions.
Roll out the thawed puff pastry sheet on a lightly floured surface and cut it into squares. With the help of cup make the circles in the middle of the squeres, pushing the cup but not cutting the pastry.
Cut the Brie cheese to create equal triangles. Place each of the Brie triangles in the center of the puff pastry squares. Spoon a generous amount of cherry jam or preserves on top of the Brie.
Transfer the puff pastry Brie and cherry jam to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Brush the edges of the puff pastry with the beaten egg wash. This will give the pastry a golden and glossy finish.
Bake in the preheated oven for the time specified on the puff pastry package instructions or until the pastry is puffed up and golden brown.
Once baked, remove the Brie and cherry jam puff pastry from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve the puff pastry while still warm, allowing the Brie cheese to be soft and gooey. Enjoy!
