- 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- 5-6 ice cubes
Place the chopped mango, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Add a few ice cubes and blend again. Taste the shake and adjust the sweetness or consistency as needed. You can add more honey or milk if desired.
