Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup almond milk (or any other milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • ½ tsp vanilla extract
  • 5-6 ice cubes

Instructions
 

  • Place the chopped mango, almond milk, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Add a few ice cubes and blend again. Taste the shake and adjust the sweetness or consistency as needed. You can add more honey or milk if desired.
  • Pour the mango shake into glasses and serve immediately!
