Ingredients
  

Salad

  • 4 cup mixed greens (mesclun, arugula, or romaine)
  • 4 ripe figs, cut into wedges
  • 2 oz. Brie cheese, sliced or cubed
  • cup walnuts, chopped

Honey Lemon Dressing

  • 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions
 

  • Spread the mixed greens on a large plate. Arrange the sliced figs and Brie cheese on top of the greens. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the salad.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat the ingredients evenly. Serve the Brie and Fig Salad immediately and enjoy!
