- 4 cup mixed greens (mesclun, arugula, or romaine)
- 4 ripe figs, cut into wedges
- 2 oz. Brie cheese, sliced or cubed
- ⅓ cup walnuts, chopped
Honey Lemon Dressing
- 3 tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Spread the mixed greens on a large plate. Arrange the sliced figs and Brie cheese on top of the greens. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts over the salad.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, honey, mustard, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Drizzle the dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat the ingredients evenly. Serve the Brie and Fig Salad immediately and enjoy!
