Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups frozen mango chunks
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tbsp lemon or lime juice
  • fresh mint leaves (for serving)

Instructions
 

  • If you're using fresh mangoes, cut the ripe mangoes into chunks and freeze them.
  • In a blender or food processor, add the mango chunks, honey or maple syrup, and freshly squeezed lemon or lime juice. Blend the mixture until it becomes a smooth and creamy puree. Scrape down the sides of the blender or food processor as needed to ensure all the ingredients are well combined.
  • Pour the chilled puree into a shallow container and place it in the freezer. Every 30 minutes, stir the mixture with a fork to break up any ice crystals until it reaches the desired sorbet consistency. Enjoy!
