Ingredients
  

  • 4 oz. Brie cheese, cut into cubes
  • 1 cup fresh cherries, pitted and halved
  • 2 cups mixed salad greens (e.g., baby spinach, arugula, or mixed greens)
  • 2 tbsp chopped walnuts or pecans
  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp honey
  • ½ tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Cleanse and dry the salad greens: Thoroughly rinse the salad greens and then gently pat them dry using a clean towel.
  • Assemble the salad: In a salad bowl, combine the mixed salad greens, diced Brie cheese, halved cherries, and chopped nuts.
  • Prepare the red wine vinaigrette dressing: In a small bowl, whisk together the red wine vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper until the ingredients are thoroughly blended. Taste the dressing and adjust the seasonings to your liking.
  • Drizzle the red wine vinaigrette over the salad ingredients and gently toss everything together until the dressing evenly coats the greens, cheese, and cherries. Arrange the salad on the serving plate and enjoy!
