Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper or lightly greasing it to prevent sticking.
In a bowl, combine the honey, Sriracha sauce, soy sauce, olive oil, minced garlic, paprika and chili flakes. This mixture will serve as both the marinade and sauce for the salmon.
Cut the salmon into bite-sized pieces, approximately 1-2 inches in size, and place them in the bowl with the marinade. Make sure to coat each piece of salmon thoroughly with the marinade. Allow the salmon to marinate for at least 15 minutes to let the flavors infuse into the fish.
Once marinated, arrange the salmon pieces on the prepared baking sheet, leaving some space between each piece. Bake in the preheated oven for about 10 minutes, or until the salmon is fully cooked and flakes easily with a fork. Cooking time may vary depending on the size and thickness of the salmon pieces.
After baking, drizzle any remaining marinade over the salmon bites for an extra burst of flavor. Garnish the salmon bites with chopped green onions or cilantro, if desired. Serve with some rice and enjoy!
