Ingredients
  

  • 100 g oat flour or blended oats
  • 90 g Greek yogurt
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • Sesame seeds (for topping)

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
  • In a mixing bowl, bring together oat flour, baking powder, and a pinch of salt. Introduce Greek yogurt into this mixture. Combine the ingredients meticulously until they meld into a dough-like consistency.
  • Segment the dough into smaller portions and mold them into rounds or petite flat discs, crafting a central hole in each piece. Position these shaped morsels onto the parchment-lined baking sheet. Grace the top of each piece with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
  • Slide the baking sheet into the preheated oven and let the snacks bake for around 15-20 minutes, or until they transform into golden-brown wonders with a slightly crispy exterior.
  • Once these bites are baked, gently retrieve them from the oven and place them on a wire rack to cool. Relish them as a healthful standalone snack, or experiment by pairing them with an array of dips, spreads, or toppings that suit your preferences. Enjoy!
