Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
  • ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger)
  • 1 shot espresso
  • Ground cinnamon (for garnish)

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl or cup, combine the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and your choice of sweetener (maple syrup or honey). Add espresso to the pumpkin spice mixture and mix well.
  • Heat the almond milk until it's hot but not boiling. Whip it and pour it into a serving cup.
  • Pour the pumpkin spice espresso into the hot whipped milk. Sprinkle it with ground cinnamon and enjoy!
