- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or any milk of your choice)
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- 1 tbsp maple syrup or honey
- ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (a blend of cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger)
- 1 shot espresso
- Ground cinnamon (for garnish)
In a small bowl or cup, combine the pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice, and your choice of sweetener (maple syrup or honey). Add espresso to the pumpkin spice mixture and mix well.
Heat the almond milk until it's hot but not boiling. Whip it and pour it into a serving cup.
Pour the pumpkin spice espresso into the hot whipped milk. Sprinkle it with ground cinnamon and enjoy!
