- 1 ripe banana riper
- 80 g rolled or old-fashioned oats
- 30 g coconut milk or milk of choice
- 1 egg
- 0.25 tsp vanilla extract
- 0.25 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tbsp olive oil
Preheat a waffle maker.
Place all the listed ingredients in a blender and blend till smooth.
Place some of the batter into the waffle maker. Bake for a couple of minutes till the waffles are golden brown.
Take the waffles out of the waffle maker, place them on the plates and serve them with chopped walnuts, honey and homemade ice cream.
