Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cup quick oats
  • ¾ cup oat flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 tsp Matcha green tea powder
  • ¼ cup honey
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • cup chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C 350°F (350°F).
  • Combine the quick oats, oat flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. In the other bowl, whisk together the honey, melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
  • Portion the dough onto a lined baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden brown.
  • Take the cookies out of the oven and cool them on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely. Enjoy!
