- 1 ½ cup quick oats
- ¾ cup oat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tsp Matcha green tea powder
- ¼ cup honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ⅓ cup chocolate chips
Preheat the oven to 180°C 350°F (350°F).
Combine the quick oats, oat flour, matcha powder, baking powder, and salt in a large mixing bowl. In the other bowl, whisk together the honey, melted coconut oil, egg, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until a thick dough forms. Fold in the chocolate chips.
