Broccoli and Grapefruit Salad
Broccoli and Grapefruit Salad is a delicious dietary vegetarian salad, which is perfect in summer as in winter.

- 180 g broccoli
- a pinch of salt
- ½ grapefruit (~150g)
- ¼ red onion
- 1 handful pomegranate seeds
- 1 handful walnuts
- 2 tbsp honey mustard soy sauce
Wash the broccoli, dry it with a paper towel, then disassemble it into approximately the same size inflorescences.
Pour water into a pan and boil it, add a pinch of salt. Transfer the broccoli florets in boiling water and cook for 1 minute, then drain them in a colander and cool.
Peel the grapefruit, and delete the films so the grapefruit is not bitter. Break the slices into pieces carefully, trying not to lose the juice.
Chop the walnuts and finely chop the onion. Peel the pomegranate and take out the seeds.
Assemble the salad. Place all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Place the salad on the serving plates and dress it with the honey mustard soy sauce. Enjoy!
