How to make Broccoli and Grapefruit salad?

Wash the broccoli, dry it with a paper towel, then disassemble it into approximately the same size inflorescences. I like them small, so they are easy to eat. Pour water into a pan and boil it, add a pinch of salt. Transfer the broccoli florets in boiling water and cook for 1 minute, then drain them in a colander and cool.

Peel the grapefruit, then delete the films from the grapefruit slices so the grapefruite is not bitter. Break the slices into pieces carefully, trying not to lose the juice.

Chop the walnuts and finely chop the onion.

Peel the pomegranate and take out the seeds.

Prepare the honey mustard soy sauce.

Ingredients
  

  • 180 g broccoli
  • a pinch of salt
  • ½ grapefruit (~150g)
  • ¼ red onion
  • 1 handful pomegranate seeds
  • 1 handful walnuts
  • 2 tbsp honey mustard soy sauce
