Equipment

  • 1 Food processor or blender

Ingredients

  • 4-5 ripe peaches
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Sweetener (you can use honey, maple syrup, or agave nectar)

Instructions

  • Wash and peel the peaches. Remove the pits and chop them into pieces.
  • Place the chopped peaches in a blender or food processor, add lemon juice and chosen sweetener. Blend until you have a smooth puree.
  • Preheat your oven to its lowest temperature, which is typically around 170°F (77°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat and pour the peach puree onto the prepared tray, spreading it evenly to about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness.
  • Place the tray in the preheated oven and allow it to dry for several hours or until the fruit leather is set and no longer sticky to the touch. The drying time can vary depending on your oven, but it usually takes around 5-8 hours.
  • Once the peach fruit leather is fully dried, remove it from the oven and let it cool completely. Carefully peel the fruit leather off the parchment paper or silicone mat. If desired, cut it into strips or fun shapes using a pizza cutter or scissors. Enjoy!
