Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized zucchinis
  • olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Optional: other seasonings like garlic powder, paprika

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 225°F (110°C). Wash the zucchinis and slice them thinly into even rounds. You can use a mandoline slicer or a sharp knife to get consistent slices.
  • Lay the zucchini slices on a paper towel or clean kitchen towel to absorb excess moisture.
  • In a bowl, drizzle some olive oil over the zucchini slices and toss them gently to coat them evenly. Season the zucchini with salt, pepper, and any other desired seasonings.
  • Place the seasoned zucchini slices in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake slices for 1,5 to 2 hours, flipping them halfway through, until they become crispy and lightly browned. Keep an eye on the chips to prevent them from burning.
  • Once the zucchini chips are crispy and golden, remove them from the oven and let them cool slightly. Serve the zucchini chips immediately as a tasty and healthier snack option.
