Why should you serve stir-fry immediately?

Stir-fry Noodles with Shrimp is made with a popular technique that involves cooking small pieces of food, quickly over high heat while constantly stirring.
One of the key reasons why stir-fry should be served immediately after cooking is because the high heat used in the cooking process can cause the vegetables and shrimp to continue cooking even after they have been removed from the heat source. This can result in overcooked and mushy vegetables. Serving stir-fry immediately ensures that the food is still hot and retains its crisp texture and fresh flavor.

Another reason to serve stir-fry immediately is that the sauce used in the dish can quickly become absorbed by the vegetables and shrimp, which can make the dish soggy and unappetizing if it sits too long. By serving the stir-fry immediately, you can ensure that the sauce is evenly distributed throughout the dish and the flavors are at their peak.
