How to make Apple Bulgur Salad
Cook bulgur in accordance with the package instructions. I add twice more water for 1 bulgur portion and cook it with a pinch of salt on medium heat for about 20 mins. When the bulgur is cooked, drain it and set it aside to cool.
While bulgur is being cooked, cut an apple into pieces that would be easy to eat in the salad. Chop walnuts.
Roughly cut arugula if the leaves are big. If you have baby arugula you can leave it as it is. Prepare the Honey Mustard dressing.
In a large salad bowl mix arugula leaves, bulgur and apple pieces.
Then add chopped walnuts and raisins and mix well.
Sprinkle the salad with the Honey Mustard dressing and mix it so the dressing covers all the ingredients.
Place the salad on the serving plate and dress it with shredded Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
