  • 0.5 tsp vanilla extract or vanilla powder
  • 20 g coconut oil, softened

Strawberry filling

  • 340 g strawberries, destemmed & cut
  • 1 tbsp honey (or maple syrup)
  • 0.5 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • 0.5 tbsp cornstarch

Crumble topping

  • 45 g oat flour (blended oats)
  • 25 g old fashioned rolled oats
  • 15 g almond flour
  • 30 g honey (or maple syrup)
  • 15 g coconut oil, melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  • In a large bowl mix dry ingredients for the bottom shortbread layer of the crumble. Then add honey and coconut oil and knead the dough with your hands.
